Our products are handmade by ceramists, one at the time. As such, they're all unique in their own ways and you may spot a small finger print on the base, or the imprint of the grid onto which they were placed when fired. Please note that these are the marks of true craftsmanship.
Packaging marks may be spotted and your flatware can leave superficial marks. Yet, they can both be easily taken off.

We offer a 48 hour service with Royal mail or Evrii for £3.95. This is free on orders over £75 to a UK mainland address.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 20 day return policy on items but these must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You can initiated your returns via your customer account.
If an item has arrived damaged, please contact us to request a replacement or a refund. We will need your order number and photograph of the damage.
